Construction:
* The steel frame of the
radial arm polishing machine mod. LM 2000 is very sturdy and
equipped with:
* a column made of a
big chromium-plated tube for a long life of the machine, mounted
on an iron basement to allow the rotation movements.
* the spindle, which
is placed on the arm of the machine and provided with a central
joint with bearings, can be lifted manually easily by means of a
moto-reducer
controlled by a selector on the switchboard.
* the spindle
equipped with grease-lubricated bearings allows the polishing
head’s
rotation and, through a pneumatic cylinder, gives the possibility
to change at any time
the thrust during the working phase of the polishing head acting on
the adjustment of
the compressed air system.
